- ·Work with our Board Certified Surgeons to understand their instruments needs for each procedure.
- Learn surgical instrument and equipment maintenance and storage needs.
- Keep Instruments organized and ready for use.
- Setup our 3 OR's with appropriate instrument packs, monitoring equipment, anesthesia machine, intravenous fluids, and more as directed.
- Clean our 3 OR's after each surgical procedure.
- Clean Instruments, wrap Instrument packs, & sterilize Instruments and Instrument packs.
- Prepare cages for post-op patients
- Clean cages/kennels as needed
- Perform surgical laundry
- Assist technicians as needed
- Ability to stand for prolonged hours, kneel, as well as ability to lift up to 25kg on own and able to support up to 50 kg with assistance.
