    Who we need:

    Collins + Collins LLP is looking to hire a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years substantial civil litigation defense experience, extensive knowledge with State and Federal filings and understanding of court rules, calendaring/docketing, and legal administrative duties.

    Additionally, the ideal Legal Assistant candidate must be a fast learner, detail oriented and a proactive thinker with exceptional communication skills. The Legal Assistant must adapt well, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a heavy desk, and work well in teams.

    Responsibilities include:

    Filing in State and Federal Courts

    Calendaring court deadlines/hearings/motions

    Maintaining attorney calendars and schedules

    Processing of incoming mail

    We offer a hybrid remote work environment, competitive salary, and benefits with offices in Pasadena, Orange, Rancho Cucamonga, Carlsbad, Walnut Creek, and Las Vegas.

    Salary range for a Legal Assistant depends on experience: $55,000-$75,000.

    To be considered for this position you must at least meet the basic qualifications.
