Retail Store Inventory Lead at Vuori

The role of a Retail Store Inventory Lead at Vuori is vital to the store's leadership team. You take charge, possess strong assessment abilities, keep the team informed about all inventory occurrences, and are adaptable to the daily business fluctuations. Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for both the team and customers while meeting business requirements, you lead the inventory program in your store.

Create a dynamic back-of-house experience

Build lasting relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide top-notch service to each customer.
Maintain a tidy and organized back room that is easy to navigate.
Handle destocking and restocking tasks daily.
Keep the back of the house well-organized.

Manage business operations

Participate in monthly inventory meetings.
Conduct weekly cycle counts.
Oversee store-to-store transfers.
Coordinate weekly manual restocks to ensure full floor stock.
Ensure timely receipt and processing of all shipments, and follow up with store managers when necessary.
Promptly identify and address product concerns.

Qualifications

Availability to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
Adherence to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
Capacity to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Positive and proactive handling of customer issues.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Quick grasp of new procedures and processes.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrate high ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Enthusiasm to acquire new skills and responsiveness to feedback.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $19-$21/Hr
