- Strategy development and execution with Marketing and Product Development teams

- Representation at national and international clinical congresses

- Providing sales support and maintaining key relationships for market insights
- Monitoring product availability and competitive information
- Participating in sales and marketing planning for assigned product lines
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 years experience in product management
- Medical device experience preferred
- Knowledge of spinal and orthopedic anatomy
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Personnel management and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Managing direct and indirect reports
- Sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, and occasional lifting
- Correctable eyesight and hearing, ability to set up for trade shows
- Up to 50% travel required (Domestic and International)
