- Work closely with potential residents and their families to guide them through the decision-making process.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to move-in.
- Lead and supervise the Marketing Department.
- Keep accurate records and prepare timely reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Plan and coordinate community events and promotional activities.
- Prepare and manage the department budget.
- Evaluate marketing performance metrics.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Minimum 8 years of management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in business software applications.
