    We have been entrusted to provide an end-to-end IT service delivery model to support running healthcare operations starting with advisory services to planning and implementing some of your most important solutions; supporting them once live; continuing to modernize/optimize the user experience; and offering ongoing learning and adoption of IT solutions.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough pre-implementation planning for significant Behavioral Health (BH) projects involving over 1,000 end users.
    Utilize expertise in the AVATAR BH Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform (legacy system) to inform planning and execution phases.
    Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

    Assume leadership of the implementation team following the initial wave, ensuring project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.


    Qualifications:

    Essential:

    Proven track record of Epic Behavior Health implementation expertise, demonstrating proficiency in all phases of project management within this domain.


    Nice to Have:
    Previous experience with the AVATAR EHR platform, providing additional insight and capability to contribute to project success.
