    We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. We need someone with 4+ years of hands-on accounting management and financial analysis experience.

    The day-to-day responsibilities of the position include:
    Assisting with the daily monitoring and maintenance of the general ledger.
    Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
    Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
    Prepares monthly reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and schedules to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
    Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
    Develop and implement internal controls to improve efficiency
    Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis activities
    Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
    Maintains and updates procedure manuals as defined by management
    Works with outside accountants/auditors

    Education and Experience:
    Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or a combination of experience, education, and training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill, and ability
    Must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in a corporate accounting or manufacturing environment
    Knowledge of technical and principles of accounting.
    Proficiency in debits, credits, and general ledger account reconciliation
    Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
    Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
    Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
