    Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses

    Job Summary:

    The Vice President in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) will take charge of structuring and executing debt financings across a diverse set of clients and industries. This role demands a profound grasp of debt instruments, market tendencies, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong financial leadership track record and the capability to handle intricate transactions within strict timeframes.

    Responsibilities:
    • Devise and implement strategies for raising capital via debt securities, such as corporate bonds, high-yield, and emerging market debt.
    • Conduct negotiations with clients, structuring deals that align with their strategic goals while mitigating risks.
    • Supervise the creation of pitch books and financial models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with market norms.
    • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, offering regular updates and strategic counsel on market conditions and opportunities.
    • Work closely with various teams, including M&A, Syndicate, and Sales, to enhance deal structure and execution.
    • Stay updated on market trends and economic indicators to proactively adjust strategies and suggestions.
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory mandates and ethical norms linked to debt offerings.
    • Guide and nurture junior team members, elevating their skills and contributions.
    • Represent the company at industry gatherings and provide insights in the realm of debt capital markets.
    Qualifications:
    • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or relevant field.
    • 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, particularly in debt capital markets.
    • Proven track record in leading debt issuance transactions.
    • Solid financial modeling and analytical abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and debt instruments.
    • Superb negotiation and issue-solving skills.
    • High level of professionalism and executive presence.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Adept at handling high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
    • Leadership qualities with a history of mentoring and team development.
