    Description


    Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a project manager. If you have a background in large format project management and estimating, then this might be a job for you. In the project management/estimating position, you will represent our endeavors in a supportive role, as the liaison between multiple internal departments, sister companies, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. You are the team leader during project meetings and the primary scheduler for equipment rentals, site surveys and installations beyond our company's core competency. This position requires the sourcing of the most economical method from manufacturing to installation, including delivery. All projects must comply within the scope of work to define the processes that are performed throughout the life of a project to ensure profitability and success. You will provide estimates based on materials, outsourced costs, client specifications, timelines, and installation. This function requires outside bid reviews offered by subcontractors and vendors who help support our client's needs. You will choose the most cost-effective options, while maintaining the highest level of profitability for the company. As an employee of Riot Creative Imaging, you will foster a spirit of cooperation within all departments and between colleagues to ensure all estimates are delivered on time with requested specifications. As the representative of this position, you will report to the local manager.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Activity Planning and Scheduling- Outsourced vendors, deliveries, installations, site surveys and graphic production. Determine production centers and routing needed.
    • Cost Estimating- Calculate costs associated with all vendor outsourcing. Proof all estimated costs for accuracy and share with upper management prior to sending for customer approval.
    • Managing Risks and Issues- Change orders, shipping and delivery issues, damage reporting
    • Monitoring and Reporting Progress- Conduct weekly status updates on projects.
    • Quality Control
    • Project Close- Compile, organize and present all associated job costs- invoices, change orders, equipment rentals, travel expenses, outsourcing, etc. and present to upper management for review.
    Additional Requirements
    • Minimum (2) years' experience in project management or estimating.
    • Solid working knowledge of finishing processes and materials for large format digital printing
    • Strong background in Outlook, Microsoft, and Adobe Suite software.
    • Must be able to use and read a standard tape measure.
    • Exceptional math and creative critical thinking skills.
    • Occasional late nights/or weekend work and local travel.
    • Report to work as scheduled to support business operations.
    • GED Required
