    Join our team at an 80-year-old privately-owned company as we seek to fill the role of Technical Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our UV curing business unit.

    In this position, you'll step into a key role previously occupied by a promoted team member, taking charge of managing and expanding our existing client base across the Southeast territory.

    Our clientele primarily operates in the inks and coatings space, serving diverse applications ranging from wood coatings to graphic arts to packaging.

    This role is inherently technical, blending elements of both commodity and specialty sales.

    Your primary objective will be to deliver top-notch technical sales support to our clients while also introducing innovative and sustainable product solutions.

    You're an Ideal Candidate if You Have:
    A technical degree in a scientific field such as chemical engineering or chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
    Previous experience as a bench chemist, ideally coupled with technical service or technical sales experience.
    Familiarity with chemistry pertaining to curing, solvent-based solutions, or high solids.
    An open-minded, inclusive approach to your work.
    Residence in the South East ( Charlotte, Atlanta, Raleigh-Durham, Greensboro)
