    Description

    Vita is currently accepting applicantions for the role of either Assistant General Manager, General Manager or Floor Manager depending on the right fit for the applicant.


    At Vita we will be providing a full service hospitality experience and work to train and equip each individual with the tools necessary to deliver elevated hospitality for both developing and furthering employee culture and guest experiences.

    We will focus on knowledgeable service, fun cocktails, Italian wines, and classic beers. Our food is hand made as is our service ranging from fresh pasta to savory secondi.


    We are looking for a candidate with the experience to be able to run the floor and understand the roles and responsibilities required to facilitate a slow but eventful opening and new concept.

    Requirements include

    • RAMP certification.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality.
    • Strong knowledge of spirits, beer and wine.
    • Exceptional work ethic to show up, work hard, and communicate effectively.
