    Description

    CookNSolo, the Philadelphia hospitality group known for renowned restaurants like Zahav, Laser Wolf, Dizengoff, and Goldie, is looking to hire a front-of-house manager to join our team.

    We are in search of an experienced individual to be part of our dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will work alongside other FOH and kitchen managers to oversee service, train staff, communicate with the kitchen team, and manage administrative tasks.

    The Front of House Manager must possess:

    • A willingness to learn, a strong sense of empathy and hospitality
    • Enjoyment in interacting with people in a fast-paced setting
    • Setting a positive example for the team
    • Ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by engaging with all tables and addressing any concerns
    • Ensuring consistent product quality and service standards
    • Collaborating with management and ownership to accomplish restaurant goals
    • Participating in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

    The ideal candidate is reliable, has a positive attitude, and is committed to continual personal and professional growth.

    Candidates must have flexibility in their schedule and be available on weekends. Interested individuals should submit a resume and a brief introduction about themselves.
