Description
A Zahav Manager is expected to:
- Work closely with the other FOH and kitchen managers to oversee service, train staff, communicate with the kitchen team, and handle administrative tasks
- Have a desire to learn, a strong sense of empathy & hospitality, enjoys interacting with people and working in a fastpaced environment
- Lead by example at all times
- Touch all tables and make connections with guests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and rectify any negative impressions
- Guarantee product quality and service standards are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with the entire management team, corporate team and ownership to develop, implement and execute restaurant priorities
- Help to hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively, and take corrective action as necessary, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy
