    House Manager & Personal Assistant to Busy CEO

    Position: House Manager & Personal Assistant

    Location: Merchantville, NJ

    Job Type: Part-Time 3 days per week 4-5 hours per day.

    About Us: Join the team of a dynamic and busy CEO who values efficiency, organization, and reliability. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive House Manager & Personal Assistant to help manage daily household tasks and support personal errands.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Organize and maintain the household, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.
    • Self starter and self manager
    • Perform light cleaning tasks between visits from the cleaning crew.
    • Run local errands, including grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other personal needs.
    • Coordinate and communicate with various service providers and contractors.
    • Manage household schedules, including maintenance appointments and deliveries.
    • Assist with personal tasks as needed, ensuring the CEO's day runs smoothly.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a House Manager, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication abilities.
    • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
    • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
