    Job Summary and Qualifications

    We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join HCA Healthcare's Candidate Engagement team. In this role you will be responsible for helping us identify, recommend and execute engagement initiatives that will improve applicant quality and volume. Your contributions will assist our Talent Acquisition team fill openings expediently with high-quality talent across the HCA enterprise.

    You will provide support on tasks that range from leading recruiting campaigns, providing tactic suggestions, developing graphics, content/proofing and performing administrative tasks like launching hiring events, managing ticket requests in Workfront, etc.

    What you will do in this role:

    • Drive and support talent acquisition recruiting campaigns, help find new solutions and track return on investment on hiring for division specific and enterprise level initiatives
    • You will assist with the concept, creation and implementation of campaigns that will communicate to a variety of audiences across multiple media channels (print, digital, video and broadcast)
    • You will analyze marketing metrics and develop strategic recommendations
    • You will conduct market research to identify new marketing tactics and relay these findings to business leaders
    • Ensure high-quality creative executions within employer brand guidelines
    • Actively collaborate with leaders, creative team members and business partners to bring creative campaigns and initiatives to life

    What you should have for this role:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphics, Communications or Public Relations would be helpful
    • At least 1 year of experience in digital focused marketing role
