    Description
    Our client, is seeking a

    temporary Marketing Coordinator

    to provide maternity leave relief at their Nashville, TN location.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the marketing efforts of a renowned organization.

    The selected candidate will play a vital role in assisting with administrative tasks, managing website content, creating marketing materials, coordinating signage efforts, and supporting community events.


    Responsibilities:
    Perform a variety of administrative tasks including website content updates, pricing and photo copying, and uploading and creating flyers.
    Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials.
    Assist with the management and upkeep of signage across 12-13 home communities, including coordination with local sign vendors.

    Participate in community model grand openings by coordinating vendors, managing promotional efforts such as e-blasts, and ensuring successful event execution.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to support various initiatives and projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    Previous experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, or related roles is advantageous.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools such as Canva.
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    Familiarity with the Brentwood, Nashville, TN area is a plus.


    Other information:
    This position will primarily be onsite at the Nashville, TN location.
    Remote work on Fridays may be possible, subject to discussion and approval.
