    ABOUT YOU:


    As a Marketing Client Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating marketing projects to drive results for our clients.

    You'll also be responsible for crafting clear, persuasive, and original copy that reflects our company's brand voice and messaging, while adhering to established style guidelines.

    This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.
    • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within client projects, offering innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Work collaboratively with a team of marketers and industry experts to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
    • Educate clients on marketing best practices, industry trends, and the value of our services.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and campaign performance metrics.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to showcase results and recommendations to clients.
    • Craft clear, persuasive, and original copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, websites, email campaigns, social media posts, and more.
    • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness in delivering the intended message.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
    • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
    • Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
