    Description

    Support the orchestration of personalized private event experiences by coordinating logistics for client site visits of Ole Red Nashville and Category 10 with Opry Entertainment Group (OEG).

    Collaborate with sales and event managers to understand the vision and objectives for each experience and develop tailored plans to meet client needs and preferences.

    Liaise with internal teams to ensure site visits run smoothly and efficiently and that clients are provided exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

    Reports to Director of Market Sales.


    • Coordinate with internal teams and clients or DMCs to schedule site visits according to availability and requirements. Communicate any changes or updates to the visit schedule promptly.
    • Communicate in advance with venue leadership to ensure that the location is prepared for clients, including access, cleanliness, and any specific arrangements requested by the client.
    • Arrange menus, personalized materials, entertainment, gift bags, and any special requirements to enhance the client's visit experience. Incorporate innovative ideas and concepts to improve the quality and uniqueness of each experience. Ensure all arrangements align with the client's vision and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Along with sales and event managers, serve as a point of contact for clients, providing all necessary information before, during, and after their visit. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout their visit, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
    • Coordinate the selection, purchase, and delivery of client gifts and thank you gestures. Personalize gifts whenever possible to make clients feel valued and appreciated for their business.
    • Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the site visit process. Implement changes to enhance the client experience and efficiency of future visits.
    • Maintain accurate records of site visit schedules, attendance, feedback, and any other relevant information. Prepare summaries and reports as needed.
    • Assist sales and event managers with reporting, follow-up, and administrative duties.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
