    Position Overview:

    As an Account Executive at EsquireTek, you will identify, source and close good-fit prospects. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline, while also partnering closely with management to achieve team goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Management:

    Own the entire sales process, inclusive of working inbound leads and outbound prospecting to build your own pipeline. This may include email campaigns, networking events, cold-calling, and social media outreach.

    Product Demonstrations:

    Conduct engaging product demos with prospects to highlight the value and benefits of our solutions. Effectively uncover the prospect's pain points and solve it.

    Deal Closure:

    Consistently exceed goals by managing an equal share of inbound and outbound leads.

    CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (HubSpot), tracking all interactions and progress with leads and clients.

    Market Research:

    Stay informed about industry trends to better position our solutions in the market.

    Qualifications:

    · Top producer in a similar sales role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.

    · Can work effectively in a 100% remote position.

    · Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.

    · Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

    · Knowledge of the Legal industry is a plus, but not a requirement.

    · Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
