    About This Role:

    Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC)a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria)is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst.Perform research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of the organization. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving business processes, efficiencies, and practices in potential Interim and/or Future States.

    Responsibilities:

    • Have working knowledge of BPMN process best practices
    • Provide status for reporting and ongoing improvement focus on process KPI's monthly to PGM/PM
    • Maintain the FSC Software Development SharePoint and Github sites, ensuring proper organizational process, structure, and currency
    • Take notes during meetings as requested, transcribe to electronic format, and send to appropriate personnel
    • This position employs Business Process Improvement methodologies and analytics in participating or leading small to possibly increasingly complex process improvement projects focused on increasing customer satisfaction QASP scores, reducing operational resource delays and expenses, and improving productivity in the Federal Government environment
    • Coordinate and engage internally and externally to help maintain business processes and associated documentation to ensure compliance, current process information, and alignment with Enterprise goals/standards

    • Ability to work with managers and team members to explain your work as well as provide analysis and recommendations across different areas of the enterprise
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical process problems
    • Proven success in contributing to team-oriented environments
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
