Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis: Assist in the analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Data Collection: Collect and document information regarding current processes, tools, and systems used by various financial teams.

Collaboration: Work closely with federal agency team members to understand their workflows and gather requirements for process improvements.

Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of process workflows, including process maps, diagrams, and reports.

Support Senior Analysts: Provide support to the Senior Business Analyst and Systems Analyst in conducting process evaluations and implementing improvements.

Meetings and Workshops: Participate in meetings and workshops with federal agency staff to discuss process improvement initiatives.

Project Support: Assist the project manager in tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role. Internship experience is acceptable.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Basic understanding of process mapping and business process modeling.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with federal agency operations and financial systems.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.

$63, $71,200.00 per year
