JOB SUMMARY


We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team working on a government contract with the United States Mint.

This role involves supporting the operational review of the Sales and Marketing Directorate by analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating on the development of solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations.


MAIN OBJECTIVES

  • Assist in the operational assessment of the Administration, Sales, and Marketing divisions.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic changes to improve business operations.

SCHEDULE OF WORK

  • This is a fulltime position, with expected work hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Some flexibility in hours is available depending on project demands.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

  • Work will be primarily conducted at the United States Mint Headquarters, Washington, DC.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

  • The contract duration is 12 months with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in process analysis, preferably in a government or large corporate setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
