Boeing Global Engagement (BGE) is seeking a
Business Process Analyst (Associate or Experienced) who is a dynamic problem solver with a knack for numbers, dashboards, processes, and community engagement.

This role will be based in
Arlington, VA.


As a vital member of BGE's Strategy & Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in administering and enhancing systems and processes that uphold Boeing's legacy in communities worldwide.

From overseeing budget systems to monitoring charitable payments and actively participating in community volunteering activities alongside your teammates, you'll play a pivotal role in Boeing's dedication to fostering positive change in the communities where we live and work.


In this role you will be entrusted with processing and tracking payment-related tasks within multiple enterprise systems, seeking ways to streamline and improve business processes and reports, including building dashboards, managing and optimizing platforms and processes as a project lead, and overseeing these platforms' continued configuration and development with vendors and business partners.


You should thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with teammates across multiple Boeing sites aligned to BGE's vision and strategy.

Strong people skills are required to succeed in this position. A high level of integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders is important.

Your ability to present trends, successes, challenges, and innovative solutions to teammates and senior leaders, including Executives, will be key to your success in this role.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Prioritizing and troubleshooting charitable transactions, supporting executive requests promptly
  • Converting data into meaningful information via spreadsheet and data visualization tools, including Tableau and Excel
  • Utilizing spreadsheets, macros, tables, calculations, and automation to process large volumes of business data efficiently with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Having experience or a strong interest in acquiring skills for developing Tableau dashboards to create intuitive interfaces for enhanced reporting capabilities
  • Conducting training sessions for business partners and employees on best practices for system usage
  • Effectively leading structured process and product team meetings, employing appropriate methodologies and tools
  • Integrating current strategic initiatives into process improvement endeavors
  • Deploying project management best practices to support project leaders effectively
  • Monitoring industry trends and leveraging historical data to inform future strategic decisions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • Experience running statistical analysis of large datasets, drawing conclusions from analyses, and presenting same
  • Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).


Experienced (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
