    Pasilobus, a growing eCommerce company dedicated to providing cutting-edge Shopify applications and development services, is seeking a motivated, recently graduated individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist.

    Full-time, Remote (preferably based near Seattle)
    About Pasilobus

    We are a small but dedicated team based in Seattle, with a focus on developing and supporting a range of Shopify apps, as well as offering personalized development services for Shopify store owners.

    Our mission is to empower eCommerce businesses with intuitive, innovative solutions to help them succeed in the digital marketplace.
    About the Role
    As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will play an essential role in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure their satisfaction and success with our applications and services.

    While prior experience in customer relations is welcomed, we are primarily seeking a passionate individual eager to learn and grow with us.


    Responsibilities:
    Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
    Understand our products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive support
    Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
    Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot technical issues
    Gather customer feedback and share it with our team to enhance our services and products
    Assist in the development of client relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting them with suitable services

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Proficient in English, both written and spoken
    Knowledge of the eCommerce industry and Shopify platform is a plus
    Ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
    Comfortable working in a remote setting
    Self-motivated and able to work independently
    Eligible to work in the United States
