- Identify and address provider needs and concerns.
- Facilitate new provider orientations and train clinic staff.
- Conduct provider site visits and resolve complaints.
- Participate in interdepartmental initiatives and events.
- Support contract initiation and termination processes.
- Contribute to policy development and organizational initiatives.
- Mentor new team members and uphold organizational values.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in healthcare provider relations.
- Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Travel outside of the workplace required.
- Potential exposure to physical hazards.
- Operate general office equipment.
