    Job Description:
    • Job Title: Provider Relations Specialist II
    • Company: CareOregon
    • Type: Full Time, Permanent
    • Location: Portland, Multi Location (2)

    Summary: As a Provider Relations Specialist II at CareOregon, you will play a crucial role in building and strengthening relationships with our network of healthcare providers. You will be responsible for onboarding, educating, and fostering positive partnerships with contracted providers. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure network needs are met and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships across the provider network.
    • Identify and address provider needs and concerns.
    • Facilitate new provider orientations and train clinic staff.
    • Conduct provider site visits and resolve complaints.
    • Participate in interdepartmental initiatives and events.
    • Support contract initiation and termination processes.
    • Contribute to policy development and organizational initiatives.
    • Mentor new team members and uphold organizational values.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years' experience in healthcare provider relations.
    • Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    Working Conditions:
    • Travel outside of the workplace required.
    • Potential exposure to physical hazards.
    • Operate general office equipment.
