    Salary Overview:

    • Salary range from $26.44/hour to $62.50/hour, with a midpoint of $40.87/hour. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint range, considering experience, internal equity, and market standards.

    Job Description:



    General Purpose:

    • Providing professional staff support to the Board of Directors.
    • Researching and preparing information and materials for board members.
    • Coordinating committee work and policy updates.
    • Assisting in developing agendas and meeting materials.
    • Handling Board correspondence and legal processes.


    Essential Functions:

    • Supporting Board functions by preparing agendas and minutes.
    • Contributing to policy development and updates.
    • Providing writing services and legislative document preparation.
    • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
    • Coordinating Citizen Oversight Panel activities.
    • Administering website content and public hearings preparations.
    • Modeling organizational values and promoting diversity and inclusion.
    • Integrating sustainability into daily practices.


    Qualifications:


    Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration with four years of relevant experience.

    Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of Board Administration operations, policies, business writing, and project management.



    Physical Demands:

    • Hybrid office work setting.
    • Ability to perform various physical tasks and lift objects up to 25 pounds.
    • Ensuring a safe work environment and receiving necessary safety training.
