As a highly motivated college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, I bring a unique blend of creativity and analytical prowess to the academic and professional realms. As the PR and Social Media Manager/Administrative Specialist at Hotel Ballard from May 2022 to April 2023, I successfully developed and implemented effective social media strategies across various platforms, leading to a significant increase in engagement metrics. I forged 10+ new partnership advertising programs and expanded existing collaborations, while efficiently managing online and direct customer feedback systems to enhance the overall customer experience.

Simultaneously, serving as the President of the University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee since 2022, I have overseen a 20-member board, conducting biweekly meetings to discuss and enhance the collegiate experience. Through strategic restructuring, I introduced new governance standards and revamped recruitment processes. My initiatives also include creating a survey to assess student support needs, resulting in the implementation of 12+ new events and support programs. Furthermore, I conducted in-depth research and presentations on NCAA rules and regulations, contributing to informed decision-making on matters affecting student-athletes' well-being.
