    About Our Client

    My client is an Italian based company that designs, manufactures and sells special machinery worldwide for different industries such as converting and packaging. They are looking for a Back Office / Customer Service Representative to assist their growing team.

    Job Description

    Administration:
    o Receive and screen phone calls and direct to the appropriate person
    o Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
    o Design and maintain a filing system
    o Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
    o Monitor office supplies
    o Provide general support to visitors
    * Customer Service
    o Prepare quotations
    o Process purchase orders
    o Create packing list and invoices
    o Manage international shipments
    o Manage and address all customer inquiries in a timely manner
    o Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers accounts through open and interactive communication
    o Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives and follow-up
    o Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    o Analyze trends on past purchases and provide suggestions to Management how improve Sales.

    The Successful Applicant

    5 plus years experience in office management and customer service
    * Professional demeanor and attitude
    * Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality
    * Capable of multitasking; strong time management skills
    * Well-organized, detail-oriented and flexible
    * Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
    * Proficiency with MS Office Suites mandatory
    * Proficiency with CRM software familiarity preferred, but not required
    * Bachelor's degree preferred
