Morgan Boyd

Hello, my name is Morgan Boyd. I am 21 years old. I have five years of customer service experience. My skills include but are not limited to: cash handling, problem solving, math, patience, interpersonal communication, teamwork, and typing. 

I worked at McDonald’s from April 2017 through August 2019.  I held the title of Crew Trainer. My responsibilities were understanding costumers needs, handling a cash drawer, teamwork, and training new employees. From August 2019- December 2020 I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for Brookdale Senior Living. My duties there included patient care, patience, assistance with activities of daily living, and ensuring a safe environment for residents. currently work at Dominos, and have since December of 2020. My title is currently Delivery Expert. My responsibilities include understanding customer needs, interpersonal communication, teamwork, and cash handling. 

I graduated Bradley Central High school with a  4.0 grade point average. I obtained my Emergency Medical Technician license at Cleveland State Community College.
