About Nathan Bounds:

I am an HVAC installer with four years of experience in the field.  Prior to entering the HVAC field, I worked extensively in jobs that were very intensive in regards to customer service, which allowed me to develop interpersonal skills that have benefited me in every workplace of which I’ve been part.  I take great joy in taking care of customers’ needs, and find it especially rewarding when I can resolve a problem for someone.

I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010 with a B.A. in English literature.  In the years following, I completed a course on the use of Microsoft Excel and earned a TESOL/TEFL certification.  In 2016, I attended the Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Chattanooga State, where I completed the HVAC/R program.
