    Description


    Soni Resources is partnering with notable firm in the downtown Nashville area that is looking for a strong technical professional and people leader for an Accounting Manager role.

    In this role, you will be supporting staff and senior accountants in reviewing work product, training and development, reviewing and managing escalated client issues, and providing top-notch customer service to the firms' clients.

    You will be reporting and working alongside firm leadership to support both accounting work product and growth or the organization.


    Requirements:
    Minimum of 7-10 years of accounting experience in the legal, public accounting, or business services industries
    Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (you can also have MAcc or advanced accounting and/or finance degree)
    Individuals being considered for this role must hold a CPA, CFA, CMA or other accounting/finance designation (you can also hold an inactive license that can renewed upon start with the firm)
    You must have experience in managing direct reports (a minimum of 4-6 from previous positions)
    Experience with public accounting or multiple industries and comfortable with both internal and external client-facing interaction and using a strong technical background to provide excellent work product review and client interactions
    Please note that this organization is onsite Monday through Friday in the Downtown area

    Compensation:
    $95,000 to $125,000

    Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
