    Position Summary

    We are looking for an Accounting Manager, who will oversee the day-to-day functions of the Accounting department along with working with the Controller and CFO on monthly and quarterly reports.

    This will be accomplished through working closely with fellow Accounting employees ,

    identifying areas to enhance our business operations and build strong relationships with managers and employees across the organization. The position will have the ability to grow into the Controller role if the opportunity presents itself.
    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    Facilitate month end activities including month end closing procedures and reporting.
    Review and analyze cost variances monthly.
    Monitor weekly job costs and monthly labor hours worked.
    Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company policies and GAAP.
    Manage AP and Billing process to ensure entry is timely and accurate.
    Aid in AR Review and collection procedures.
    Assists Controller and CFO with managing overall accounting operations.
    Perform other miscellaneous tasks related to the Accounting process.
    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
    Perform other related duties or special

    projects, as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Accounting or Finance required
    Experience: 5 years of accounting or audit management experience preferred

    Ability to

    pass a full background screening and drug
    Ability to travel, as needed, for projects to different facilities.
    Ability to withstand prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk to complete tasks on computer.
