    Description

    ROLE SUMMARY

    Seeking an innovative individual with a background in customer support, technology sales, technical project management, or strategic marketing to oversee client accounts for a dynamic digital marketing and analytics platform. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, scheduling meetings, tracking client needs, and coordinating resources to achieve client objectives. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, organic search, and PPC advertising is essential, along with knowledge of AI and machine learning advancements.

    • Title: Account Manager
    • Type: Direct-Hire Full-Time Opportunity
    • Location: Tennessee or Texas preferred, also considering IL, MT, and CO
    • Base Salary: $Negotiable Salary + Full Benefits* (includes healthcare, 401K matching, office supply stipend, PTO, etc.)

    IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree preferred
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
    • Professionalism in appearance and demeanor
    • Local to Nashville, TN area, open to remote work until 2022
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, strategic marketing, or related roles
    • Proficiency with tools like Slack, Trello, Zoom, and Basecamp
    • Comfortable leading meetings in-person or virtually
    • Prior experience with project management and budgeting

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Engage with Fortune 500 clients at a leadership level in Nashville
    • Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met efficiently
    • Facilitate internal client meetings and monitor project progress
    • Translate client requirements into technical solutions
    • Cultivate relationships with senior leadership and internal teams
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and communicate with executives
    • Develop project strategies aligned with client goals and success metrics
    • Produce and distribute reports on client projects
    • Improve processes by addressing project bottlenecks
    • Execute critical thinking and decision-making aligned with company values
    • Oversee client digital programs and analyze business performance
