- Title: Account Manager

- Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities

- Local to Nashville, TN area, open to remote work until 2022
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, strategic marketing, or related roles
- Proficiency with tools like Slack, Trello, Zoom, and Basecamp
- Comfortable leading meetings in-person or virtually
- Prior experience with project management and budgeting
- Engage with Fortune 500 clients at a leadership level in Nashville
- Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met efficiently
- Facilitate internal client meetings and monitor project progress
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions
- Cultivate relationships with senior leadership and internal teams
- Identify opportunities for account growth and communicate with executives
- Develop project strategies aligned with client goals and success metrics
- Produce and distribute reports on client projects
- Improve processes by addressing project bottlenecks
- Execute critical thinking and decision-making aligned with company values
- Oversee client digital programs and analyze business performance
