- Generates new business in the Gulf Region by growing your industrial services pipeline in dewatering and sludge.
- Identifies, prioritizes, and initiates new client opportunities to create growth strategies and identifies solutions to meet client's needs.
- Effectively builds and maintains relationships with key customers and leaders to consult and influence decisions for dewatering services, equipment/technology choices.
- Develops and maintains accurate and current records of opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads, actions, and reporting in salesforce CRM.
- Prepare Marketing and Business Presentation Materials (bids & proposals).
- Establishes Account Plan's and communicates to management and client's progress regarding status, plans and activities.
- Partake in networking activities.

- HS diploma/GED required. College degree a plus.
- 7+ years successfully selling and driving growth by generating and continually increasing revenue within the Industrial Services market for solid separations and dewatering in the Mid-West Region.
- A true hunter along with an entrepreneurial and start-up mind set is a must.
- Knowledge of centrifuges, filter presses, dredges, and other dewatering equipment and processes.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Excels in the art of communication (verbal and written) and building relationships.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint. CRM a must and Salesforce a plus.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Gulf Region as needed.
- Reside in the surrounding Mid-West Region.
- Driver's license in good standing a must.
- Ability to pass background checks (criminal/drug/alcohol) required.

As the Sales Excecutive, you will be responsible for networking, and building our solids separation industrial dewatering business development initiatives for municipal wastewater treatment plants, chemical manufacturing, pulp and paper and refining. Position requires living in the surrounding area will be fully remote.
