    Join our dynamic team, a leading provider of vehicle shipping services to and from Hawaii. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling for our clients.

    ON-SITE in IRVING, TX

    Title: Customer Service Rep
    Pay Rate: $19-20/hr
    Type of Hire: Temp-to-Perm
    Start Date: End of March
    Office Location: Scottsdale
    Training & Post Training Location: Onsite
    Training Schedule: M-F (Most likely 12pm-9pm)
    Post Training Schedule: M-F 1pm-10pm (Hybrid Schedule possibilities in future)

    Brief Job Description:

    • Answer inbound calls making appointments scheduling vehicles shipping to and from Hawaii.
    • Will interact with a lot of military families on the calls.

    Requirements/Experience:

    • Must be able to commute to Irving TX daily (No more than 40 mins of facility)
    • Must have 2 years plus of recent call center experience
    • Must be familiar with Excel
    • Must commit to no time off the first 90 days (zero tolerance for missing any days during training)
