    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    Manage daily customer communications (inbound and outbound calls/emails) in a professional, warm and friendly manner.

    Ability to listen to and answer customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

    Ability to work in coordination with Operations, Sales, and Accounting to effectively manage customer needs and company goals.

    Capable of learning, explaining and applying a variety of company concepts, practices, and procedures.

    Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

    Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.

    Works within the Departments expense budget, within budgetary guidelines to contribute to cost-effective operation of the Company.

    Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner.

    Coordinates with other Liquid Environmental Solutions departments

    Other duties as assigned

    **MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:**

    Excellent organizational skills.

    The ability to prioritize and manage time.

    Excellent judgment and decision making skills.

    Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook.

    Proven track record of being on time and adhering to schedule.

    Positive, Professional, Responsible, Team player.

    Excellent oral and written Communication skills.

    Self-motivated, high energy and strong work ethic.

    Collaborative, good listener and learner, respecting the roles other team mates and superiors play within the company.

    Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

    **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:**

    High school diploma or equivalent (**Required**)

    Bachelors degree (Preferred)

    Bilingual (Spanish) Required
