Job Description HumCap is recruiting on behalf of a growing SaaS solution technology company in the compliance and quality management software industry.
Sales Account Executive
who will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding their sales presence.
You will have a unique opportunity to shape their sales strategies, build relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience selling in a competitive environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Successful sales experience in B2B, SaaS or ERP technology highly preferred.
Working knowledge of compliance software in the food, healthcare, and insurance industries a plus.
Bachelor's' degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Comfortable selling to c-suite level executives.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Trell CRM software is a plus.
This is a D/FW based company and the position will office remotely with the ability to meet in-person as needed.
