    Alexandria, VA must be able to commute to our office)

    Travel:
    Varies, it is project dependent. Could be in the field 2+ days per week. These will be in the D.C. Metro.

    Salary Range:
    $95,400 to $160,000 + performance-based bonus (paid in December) + punch list bonus (for specific projects)
    Salary will

    commensurate with your experience. We have Sr. and non Sr. roles available.

    Education / Certifications:


    Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university or equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education may be substituted.


    Required Experience:
    3 to 10 years' experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
    High preference on projects in interior design
    Mastery of all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools
    Mastery of Microsoft Project and the implications of changes

    Preferred Experiences:
    Graduate degree

    Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in interior design projects for commercial buildings.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from conception to completion within the designated timeframes and budgets.

    They will collaborate closely with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects meet or exceed expectations. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

    Responsibilities:
    Oversee all aspects of interior design projects for commercial buildings from initiation to completion.
    Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
    Collaborate with interior designers to create and refine design concepts.
    Procure materials, furnishings, and equipment necessary for project execution.
    Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
    Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
    Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle promptly and effectively.
    Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards.
    Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders regularly.
