We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team as a supporting a critical software development and delivery project.
This individual will play a key role in facilitating the Agile development process, ensuring effective collaboration, and driving the successful delivery of Oracle software within the organization.
Ability to work remotely from the following locations
: CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, LA, MD, NC, OR, RI, SC, VA, WV.
Pay Band:
$140,000 - $155,000 varies with experience
Travel up to 10%
You Will:
- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding the team through the Scrum framework, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster a collaborative and selforganizing team environment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the endtoend project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting to changing requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Provide regular project status updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a transparent and collaborative project environment.
- Collaborate with technical teams, analysts, and endusers to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of PeopleSoft solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Agile framework, recommending and implementing best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team.
You Have:
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Must possess and maintain at least a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.
- Security+ Certificate
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams through successful project delivery.
- Previous experience managing technical development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Orace PeopleSoft certification or relevant training is a plus.
- Prior experience working across contracting teams in a federal government environment is a valuable asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
:
