Description

Marks-Woods Construction Services is a full service residential general contractor offering design-build services at our Alexandria-based firm. We perform many trades in-house in order to ensure excellent quality and premium service.

This position requires full project management from start of construction through completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for client correspondence, supervision of crews, subcontractor coordination, schedule, and all facets of project management.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 to 7+ years experience in the residential construction industry
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project; Google Drive experience also preferred
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Available to work extended hours periodically for client meetings and budget deadlines
