    About the Role
    • Oversee all aspects of glazing projects, from pre-construction to successful completion ( )
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure adherence to strict safety protocols
    • Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and fabrication shops
    • Ensure top quality standards are met throughout the project
    • Interpret architectural drawings and possess a strong understanding of glazing systems (e.g., stick curtain walls, storefronts)
    • Manage project finances and keep stakeholders informed of progress
    • May involve leading and motivating a team
    About the Candidate
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing complex glazing projects (especially curtain walls) in a fast-paced environment
    • In-depth knowledge of architectural drawings, glazing systems, and construction methods
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to thrive in a demanding and detail-oriented environment
