In this role, you'll bring enterprise expertise, cross-functional leadership, problem-solving skills, a track record of results, and an ability to build creative marketing experiences and programs from scratch. Experience in developing integrated go-to-market strategies, creating assets that span the customer journey, and partnering with diverse marketing teams is crucial for this role.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

    • Translate campaign strategy into cross-channel, full-funnel marketing programs to acquire, engage, and retain customers, with a clear understanding of ideal buyer personas, their goals and challenges, and their buying journeys.
    • Collaborate across teams (PMM, Brand, Content, Creative, Digital, Ops, Growth, Field Marketing, and more) to ensure a unified approach and flawless execution.
    • Stimulate demand generation for Asana's experiential marketing portfolio spanning events, webinars, executive programs, and more.
    • Enable our field, partners, and ABM marketers with standardized campaign assets while working alongside regional teams to create campaign plans catering to priority sub-regions, languages, and targets.
    • Advocate for brand consistency in visuals and messaging across programs, audiences, and regions.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs. Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, gain insights, and drive performance optimization.
    • Manage the campaign budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.

    About You

    • You bring 6+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on integrated campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead a high-performance marketing team.
    • Successful track record in developing and executing multi-channel, multi-language marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in implementing demand-focused content strategies across diverse customer segments to fuel demand generation and organic growth with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and drive campaign improvements.
    • Curiosity, creativity, and a knack for simplifying complexity into clear, concise strategies and messaging.
    • An ownership mindset, ready to tackle ambiguous challenges creatively.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills; fostering strong cross-functional relationships and leading through influence.
    • Passion for the work management category and helping people find smarter ways to work.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
