Curo Pet Care ("Curo") is a family-owned veterinary company founded in 2015. We are based in San Francisco, with operations in California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Rocky Mountains.


We collaborate with entrepreneurial Doctors, Hospital Administrators, and other leaders in the veterinary industry to build and operate best-in-class small animal hospitals.

Curo's goal is to be the go-to partner for hospital owners, empowering them to provide industry-leading service and care to their clients and patients.

Our first practice was acquired in July 2016, and our current network consists of over 40 owned practices.

Position Description:


The Marketing Coordinator assists the Director of Marketing in the execution of our developed marketing strategy and plan with a wide variety of responsibilities.

The position will support the implementation and efficacy of our overall marketing strategy and programs.

This person will be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing programs and projects to support the growth and expansion of clinical services.


Responsibilities:


  • The position will support the implementation and efficacy of our overall marketing strategy and programs for 40+ veterinary hospitals.
  • This person will be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing programs and projects to support the growth and expansion of clinical services.

  • Planning of social media content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, blog, etc. This will include partnering with our local practice teams to develop social content and promotions and integrating social media activity with other marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee our customer reviews received via online platforms and ensure local teams are responding and helping with crafting responses.
  • Assist with the maintenance of Curo's portfolio of location websites.
  • Collaborates, participates, and coordinates promotional activities, local events, trade shows, training, location opening, customer appreciation, and similar events.
  • Provides support to the team to ensure effective and consistent communication of key messaging and branding, including local events, advertising, communications, and PR.
  • Assists with implementing comprehensive marketing programs and strategies to create awareness of Curo's 40+ veterinary locations as instructed by the Director of Marketing.
  • Assists with creating marketing SOPs, training materials, communications, etc., to better support our local practice teams.
  • Onboard new acquisitions to ensure they successfully transition into the Curo fold.
  • Train practice managers and doctor partners on reviews, social media, and online ordering site.
  • Fulfill marketing requests that come through the helpdesk system.
  • Order and maintain promotional materials such as pens, tote bags, new client gifts, and display materials for practices and local events.
  • Ensure internal clinic branding is consistent, wellkept, and aligned with organizational goals and values.

Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
