Position Overview:


As the Head of Growth at Cartelligent, you will spearhead our efforts to expand and enhance our market presence, driving significant growth in our customer base.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic growth strategy that leverages both traditional and innovative channels to maximize top-of-funnel leads.

Your focus will be on not just increasing the volume of leads, but also enhancing their quality, ensuring that our sales funnel is optimized to convert leads into lifelong clients.

You will harness the power of data analytics to refine marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions that foster scalable growth.


Additionally, your responsibilities will include forging and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our brand reach and resonance in the market.

This role demands a proactive leader who is not only adept at identifying growth opportunities, but also skilled in executing complex strategies that drive measurable results.

As the Head of Growth, your strategic vision and data-driven approach will be crucial in propelling Cartelligent to new heights of success.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will work in close partnerships with other members of our Executive Leadership team.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Planning: Develop a comprehensive growth strategy that incorporates a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels. Evaluate emerging trends and technologies that could potentially enhance or disrupt our current growth plans.

Lead Generation and Optimization: Implement initiatives to significantly increase the number of qualified leads at the top of the funnel year over year, including an increase of 20% in 2024. This includes optimizing existing channels and identifying new opportunities for lead acquisition.

Partnership Development and Management:Identify and establish strategic partnerships with companies and platforms that align with Cartelligent's brand and customer acquisition goals. Manage these relationships to ensure they yield effective results and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain alignment with overall business objectives.

Branding and Messaging:Manage and oversee all aspects of Cartelligent's branding, including messaging, positioning, and creative development. Monitor brand sentiment and use controlled testing to refine our messaging and its efficacy.

Data Analytics and Funnel Management:Utilize sophisticated data analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on performance across various marketing channels. Optimize marketing funnels by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve lead flow and conversion rates.

Lead Optimization: Lead efforts in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and personalized marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates from our campaigns. Regularly experiment with new tactics and tools to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead and expand the growth team by recruiting top talent, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Provide ongoing mentorship and development to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a growth leadership role, preferably within the automotive or a related consumer services industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer base and revenue through innovative growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and data analytics tools.
