Your responsibilities

As a Senior CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for all CRM and email campaigns for the entire Rightmart Group.

Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy for each vertical and for the entire group
Create, plan, and execute email marketing campaigns throughout the entire customer lifecycle, including lead generation, onboarding, cross-selling, upselling, retention, and all transactional emails
Continuously optimize email marketing performance through A/B testing, analysis of KPIs, and implementation of best practices to increase open and click-through rates, as well as conversion rates
Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, operations, and product management to ensure that the CRM strategy is seamlessly integrated into the overall company strategy
Implement marketing automation tools and technologies to automate email campaigns, lead nurturing, and workflow management
Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the performance of email marketing activities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
