What should you bring?

• Successfully completed vocational training or degree in marketing
• Extensive practical expertise in conducting performance campaigns
• Experience as a social media creator, whether through professional experience or internships
• In-depth knowledge of using Meta Business Suite and the ad manager
• Independent and proactive work style, combined with determination and strong teamwork skills
• Fluent in German at an advanced B2 level

Responsibilities

• Developing an effective strategy for our performance marketing
• Continuous monitoring and detailed reporting of performance
• Creating comprehensive media plans for paid and organic campaigns
• Collaborating with content creators to create innovative content
• Actively expanding our social media communities by implementing new ideas
• Conducting precise target group analyses and developing holistic content strategies and plans
