    The Job

    As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in generating new business and building relationships. This commission-based role is ideal for driven individuals who thrive on challenges and are eager to excel in a competitive environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reach out to potential clients to introduce them to our products and services.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, cold email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospects' needs and offer customized solutions.
    • Schedule appointments for prospects with our experienced advisors.
    • Stay informed on all aspects of sales and keep up-to-date with training

    The Profile

    • No experience needed
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
