    Description

    Level 3 Advanced:
    User Competencies-

    • Understand the end user workflow; Navigate the screen layout and workings of the user interface including tabs, toolbars, and messages.

    Tag creation including:
    o Copy; Duplicate; Rename; Reclassification.

    Edit/modify records including:
    o Linking; Multi-record editing; Units of Measure; Single/Multiple cell copy; Find and Replace text

    • Logical delete of tags and purge functionality; Grid Filter and Sorting

    Create and edit Datasheets including:
    o Sketches; Notes; Case data; Display rules; Revisioning

    • Create Lists; Export/Print Datasheets, Lists, Grids; Change Highlighting/History; Compare datasheet revisions; Status workflow; Compare/Update data with SPID, SI, SEL, E3D; Link and view items on P&ID and 3D model Level 4 Expert -All level 3 competencies plus:
    • Create project structure including Define Disciplines; Define Teams, Databases, MDBs, Users; Define AD configuration.
    • Develop Conceptual Data Model; Install and configure Engineering Service; Install and configure Schematic Model Manager including ISO 15926 xml import mapping; Install and configure AVEVA Integration Services; Configure Gateway for I&ED.
    • The ability to explain how to perform tasks to coach admins who are less proficient. Level 5 Expert/ Technical SME

    All level 4 competencies plus:

    • Ability to maintain build (software support and upgrades) and implement new software technical requirements.

    Experience Required Level 3 Advanced:

    User Competencies Level 4 Expert -All level 3 competencies plus Level 5 Expert/ Technical SME


    Roles & Responsibilities Admin competencies:
    Perform all the above level 3, 4, 5 user competencies plus

    • Understand the fundamentals of the database setup; Create users.

    Project configuration including:

    o Status definitions; Revision configuration; Database View Sets and Database View setup; Grid creation; Project Explorer; Unit Sets; Naming Rules.


    • Create and configure Datasheet templates including:
    • Attribute mapping; Tag, case and continuation areas; Sketches; Notes; Check boxes/Radio buttons; Revision block and Revision mark; Page info: Units of Measure; Calculation control.
    • Understand Business Workflows; Understand Integration Workflows; Compare/Update configuration.
