Your tasks

  • Standardization and further development of the procurement process, up to the automation of processes
  • Participation and leadership in cross-functional projects in the area of material planning for master data and inventory optimization
  • Maintenance of material master data, taking into account inventory and process optimization aspects
  • Planning and ordering of production and consumable materials
  • Monitoring of deadlines and reminders for triggered orders
  • Providing input for the development of alternative scenarios in case of bottlenecks and delivery difficulties
  • Inventory monitoring
  • Handling of complaints with suppliers
  • Creation of evaluations for KPIs and statistics

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration/industrial engineering or a successfully completed commercial or technical training with several years of professional experience in material planning, preferably as a key user in this area
  • Very good SAP knowledge in MM and PP and excellent Excel skills required
  • Strong team player, assertiveness and high resilience
  • Very quick comprehension and a tendency towards thoroughness and accuracy
  • Structured way of working
  • Negotiation skills
