  • Extensive experience and understanding of Business Requirement gathering, Business Process flow, Business Process Modelling and Business Analysis. Excellent experience in interacting with the development and the testing team, and familiarizing them with the requirements and, demonstrate the same with the Business users and Senior Management.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, adept at creating, editing, and coordinating extensive communication networks. Experience in creating and modifying Ad Hoc documents based on project manager updates and generate report on the project development to support the goals of the project
  • Project management skills to ensure on-time and cost-effective project completion. 
  • Ensured the business and Organizational goals meet the Regulatory and Compliance norms while gathering the business and functional requirement for the project. Experience in conducting Change request activities, Gap Analysis, SWOT analysis, Cost - Benefit, TCO, ROI, and Businesses Processes Re-engineering. 
  • Experienced in Data Modelling, Data Migration, Warehousing and generating reports using SQL queries for business community. 
  • Familiar with the AS-IS and TO-BE system. Ability to relate requirements to the existing functionality, all the while, exploring chances for scope of improvement for the application within the budget. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), MS Visio. Experience in writing Test cases & Test scenarios, Interact with QA team for SIT and UAT testing.
  • Exceptional ability to maintain and build client relationships, Mentor to junior member in the team and guide them during the elicitation process, ability to comfortably converse with all facets in the client's organization for requirements and validation, conflict resolution, work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities, and independently.
  • Strong relationship management & leadership skills, team work ability; lead technical and development teams in application functionality, quality and performance testing
